Vertical Pro, november 24 and 25
The third Vertical Pro will take place in Friedrichshafen on November 24 and 25, 2023. At Vertical Pro everything revolves around the topics climbing and bouldering gyms, ropes courses, rope access, rescue organizations, tree care, rock climbing as well as fall protection.
The climbing hall meeting Halls & Walls organised by the German Alpine Association (DAV) is the leading trade fair, info exchange and platform for the climbing and bouldering industry. Entrepreneurs, route builders and trainers are welcome to debate the newest developments in indoor climbing. The trade fair showcases also the latest trends and products in the rope course industry. In fact, the German Association for Rope Access (FISAT) addresses all who are commercially involved in the use of ropes for work and rescue purposes.
Occupational safety has always been an important topic in the crafts and trades sector. But this is not the only sector where awareness has been growing. Completely new labor markets are emerging as we speak. From November 24 to 25, 2023, exhibitors at Vertical Pro will present their products for numerous aspects of work at height, rope access, and fall protection.
Vertical pro : working at heights
In order to guarantee work safety for work in areas where there is a risk of falling, fall protection that is tailored to the corresponding needs is the most important equipment of a person working at heights. A fall protection system differs from the rope access technology in the way it is used. Whereas with rope access technology, the person using it is permanently in the system and the system is continuously loaded. Fall protection is a fall arrest system that reliably catches the person in the case of a fall. And is therefore not permanently loaded.
Participating organizations will also provide information on the certified education and further training offering. The daily program focuses on all matters involving occupational safety and prevention. In 2022, 139 companies from 26 countries were exhibitors at Vertical Pro. And 2.103 professionals from 38 countries came to visit the trade show.
